Nikkei Appreciation Luncheon - Sunday, March 20, 1-3 p.m. at Mukogawa Ft Wright Institute

This is an event to honor the Issei and Nisei, first and second generations, of our community who paved the way for future generations of Sansei and Yonsei, third and fourth generations.  We have the quality of life  today and the opportunities to pursue career choices and post-secondary education that were not options for many family members during the first 50 years of the 20th century.   The Japanese buffet is free to any Japanese person age 70-1/2 or older whether they are a JACL member or not.  Adults are $15 each, a family of 1 adult and 1 child is $20, a family of 2 adults and 1 child is $35 and each additional child is $5 each.  Make your reservations by Thursday, March 10th on-line by clicking on the "Sign-Up and App" tab and then filling out the reservation form.
