Hina Matsuri - Saturday, March 5th, 1-3 p.m. at Spokane Buddhist Temple

This is a family friendly event. Girls' Day is called Hina Matsuri or momo no sekku, peach flower festival, where a set of hina dolls wearing kimonos are displayed to bring girls' happiness and good health. A traditional Japanese doll display is set up, craft activities and light finger food are provided. Space is limited to please make your reservations on-line by selecting the "Sign-Up Sheets and App" tab and then clicking on the Hina Matsuri Reservation Form. Members are free and non-members are $5 per person.
